Inspired by the concept of “temperature blankets,” A Year in Degrees started as a passion project to encourage a more lighthearted conversation around our changing weather patterns & climate change.

A Year in Degrees necklaces (or if you prefer: bracelets) are primarily made with Czech glass seed beads. Inconsistent and uneven bead shapes and sizes are intentional to emphasize the uniqueness of the day’s weather. Materials are sourced locally from small businesses in Vancouver, BC whenever possible.
